Our program is open to both individual leaders as well as leadership teams.

The highlight: You professionalize your leadership skills on the job, in the course of your daily work. No training courses. No seminars. No mass processing. Our program is tailor made for you - and for your leadership team.
And the best aspect of it: After only 007 months, you will receive your Licence to Lead issued by a distinguished European business school: The Swiss Institute of Economic Excellence. You might know that Switzerland is renowned for its high level schools and universities. So you will benefit from this reputation personally.

3 Levels of Leadership

Our program "Leadership Champions" provides you with an easy and quick start for those who are new in Leadership.
Afterwards, according to your experience and commitment, you will go further until you reach Excellence in Leadership.

Level 1
Licensed to Lead

Our "starter package" is designed to people who are new in a leadership position or who are preparing for one.
You will work on your leadership personality, benefit form personal coaching and discussions sesseions and learn and apply 4 professional Leadereship tools.

After achieving this level, you will obtain your official Leader's Licence.

Level 2
Committed to Lead

Our "professional package" is designed to middle-level executives who have more than 1 year of leadership experience (Team Leaders, Division/Unit managers etc.).
You will enhance your leadership personality, benefit from even more personalized coaching sessions, exchange with other leaders on a regular basis and retire once a year to gain distance and reflect on your role and impact.

Level 3
Leading to Excellence

Our "advanced package" is designed to top-level executives  with more than3 years of leadership experience (CEO, CFO, CIO, Exceutive / supervisory board members etc.)
You will aim Excellence in Leadership, benefit from high level personalized coaching sessions, exchange with other top executives and retire once a year to gain distance and reflect on your role and impact.
